Meet Our Founder Director Mr Anand Patil, the Founder Director of AP Group of Companies, brings over 15 years of experience rooted in dedication, discipline and an eye for detail. Before entering real estate, he worked with leading North American firms where he managed large offshore teams and developed strong systems that shaped his approach to leadership and execution.

Since 2011, he has successfully led the completion of more than 11 projects under the banner of VAASTU Builders and Developers, each built on a foundation of trust, transparency and commitment to customers. Known for his hands-on approach and focus on quality, he ensures that every project delivers lasting value to homeowners.

He has also served as the former President of the Maharashtrian Builders’ Association and has received multiple recognitions, including the Lokmat Award for Excellence in Affordable Housing.

His journey reflects a simple yet profound belief: building homes and institutions is not just about structures, but about building trust, relationships, and a better tomorrow.
